Our unique staff include:
- Kimanh Davis, PMP, President and CEO, is one of the original Founders of Sunrise Technologies. She is a certified Oracle Master with over 25 years of experience in information systems. She is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI). She has a B.S., Magna Cum Laude, in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona. She is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), the Microsoft Project Association (MPA), the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and the California Chamber of Commerce. She currently volunteers as the Director of Education for the PMI Sacramento Valley Chapter. Ms. Davis was a 2007 NAWBO “Outstanding Women Leaders” (OWL) Award Nominee for Achievement Against All Odds Award.
- Thomas Knepell is Sunrise’s Program Manager for Aerospace Projects. Mr. Knepell’s career spans over 30 years in the information technology field. He currently manages Sunrise’s contract with Northrop Grumman Space Technology, James Webb Space Telescope Program in Redondo Beach, California.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Project Managers
- Quality Assurance Institute (QAI) Certified Quality Analysts and Software Test Engineers
- Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute (SEI) authorized assessors for the Capability Maturity Model (CMM/CMMI) as well as CMM/CMMI team evaluators
- Examiners for the Quality Assurance Institute’s CQA and CSTE examinations
