| Project Description: | Sunrise Technologies (Sunrise), in partnership with Innovative Government Solutions (IGS), provides project management support services to the CPHCS 10,000 Beds Activation Project. Project management activities include, but are not limited to, the construction of necessary clinical, administrative and housing facilities serving 10,000 patient-inmates requiring access to health care and the design/redesign of related information technology (IT) processing needs. Our Project Manager also prepares bi-weekly Project Status Report. A Final Report will be developed to identify other Receivership and/or CDCR IT systems such as the Strategic Offender Management System (SOMS), the Business Information System (BIS), and/or Clinical Data Repository (CDR) system that may be impacted by the 10,000 Beds Activation project. |

| Project Description: | The DCA is the primary State agency for protecting the health and safety of consumers through licensing, certifying, and regulating professional practitioners and providers of goods and services as mandated by Section 101.6 of the Business and Professions Code. Sunrise staff provides PMC services in support of the iLicensing Project. Sunrise Project Management Professional (PMP) certified Senior Project Manager provides day-to-day hands-on project management utilizing the principles and guidelines of the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK). Our staff manages an integrated team that includes both DCA staff and contractors staff retained by DCA for the procurement, development, integration, and implementation of the online licensing solution. |
